The easiest way to start stepwise processing is to select the Brain Parcellation tab.
PET image loading, the averaging of a dynamic series, the cropping, the denoising and the motion corection are working exactly as described for the Maximum Probability Atlas workflow.
Continue to loading of the MR images with the MR action button in the lower right.
