The Correlation model allows correlating the time vectors in each pixel with an arbitrary reference signal, for instance an activation vector.
Acquisition and Data Requirements
Image Data |
Any dynamic volume data. |
Model Preprocessing
The reference signal will be used for the pixelwise correlation must be defined as a file or as a VOI.
Index |
The index of the element in the cross correlation vector to return as rc. |
It is shown in the Results panel of model preprocessing.
Model Configuration
Images of the following parameters can be generated
r |
Pearson correlation coefficient. |
p |
Significance level, at which the null hypothesis of zero Pearson correlation is disproved. |
z |
Fisher's z for Pearson correlation. |
rr |
Spearman's rank correlation. |
rs |
Two-sided significance that rank correlation deviates from zero. |
rc |
The value of the signal cross correlation vector a the index defined below. |
