There are three models available for calculating pixelwise estimates of regional cerebral blood (rCBF) from H215O bolus PET measurements. Note that the result is given in units of ml/min/100ml.  

Another model serves for the quantitative assessment of the regional blood volume (rBV) from PET measurements after a bolus inhalation of 11CO.
